In a recent appearance on “The Breakfast Club,” Nick Cannon shared his experiences attending Diddy’s legendary parties, which he began attending as a teenager.
Cannon, now 44, recounted trying to get into these exclusive events, which were the popping place to be.
“I remember standing outside, you know, trying to get into a Puff party… Bad Boy Parties were official in New York in the late ’90s,” he shared.
Despite the ongoing legal troubles surrounding Diddy, including accusations of sexual assault from over 120 individuals, Cannon maintains that he never witnessed any of the infamous “Freak Offs” that have become the subject of much speculation.
“Everybody gets scared to talk because they probably got something to hide. I ain’t got nothing to hide,” he asserted.
Diddy’s parties were notorious not just for their exclusivity but also for their environment; they even welcomed children of adult guests, who would leave early as things turned up. Cannon humorously noted that he only came to the party to dance and have a good time, nothing more.
“I was in there Harlem shaking, doing all of that stuff, but it wasn’t–come on, whatever,” the talk show host added.
As Diddy faces serious charges, including multiple denials of bail, many celebrities have opted to move away from him, cutting ties and remaining silent on the matter.
