NASA and Adidas are taking things up to a new level.
Expanding on their current partnership, the two companies have recently unveiled their latest creations: the MoonBoost High and the MoonBoost Low. These sneakers are more than just a pair of shoes; they combine space-age technology and streetwear, featuring the same cushioning as the legendary Ultraboost.
The MoonBoost silhouettes come in two standout colors each. The high-top version is available in powder blue and core black, while the low-top sneaker is featured in clear brown and core black. Each pair is designed with a material blend of an internal puffer-like construction similar to Adidas’ past Moncler collaboration. To give the sneaker a more futuristic appeal, it also has a cozy yet rugged feel with neoprene and suede details.
Additionally, as far as branding is concerned, NASA and Adidas have left their mark on each pair. The neoprene collar includes the iconic Adidas Three Stripes mountain logo paired with the bold “MOON BOOT” text. Taking it a step further, the branding is presented on the lateral heel, while the low-top branding is along the mid-foot area.
Despite the cool look, the MoonBoost sneaker also provides comfort. Its white Boost midsole ensures the high comfort feel Adidas is known for. To top it all off, a black rubber outsole provides durability and grip, making the sneaker perfect for everyday wear.
Nonetheless, the NASA and Adidas MoonBoost collection is expected to be released online and in-store on November 7th, 2024, through Adidas and select retailers.
