Kellen Winslow Responds to Public Masturbation Incident

Earlier this month Kellen Winslow was arrested in New Jersey and charged wit possession of synthetic marijuana. Last week additional, yet disturbing, details of his arrest emerged. Not only was he in possession of these drugs, he was caught masturbating in the parking lot of a Target. A weekend of slander and two containers of Vaseline later, a rep for Kellen Winslow finally speaks up regarding the incident. 

“Kellen pulled over to a parking lot to smoke what he thought was a legal substance. He changed his clothes in his vehicle as not to smell like smoke when he returned home. There was absolutely nothing inappropriate that took place and if there was, police would have investigated further and charge Kellen, which they did not. This will be the only time we will comment on this unfounded and ridiculous claim.”

While I do agree that law enforcement would have charged him and investigated the masturbation incident further, it’s quite possible that because they didn’t catch him in the act, they had one word against the other. He clearly had two open containers of Vaseline in the car and I doubt he needed that to smoke. Also, weed isn’t legal in New Jersey and IF Kellen thought he was smoking something legal, why smoke it in his car and not at home or outside? Not buying that excuse at all. Plus, anyone who smokes knows that if you smoke in a car, the ENTIRE car will stink, therefore taking your clothes off does absolutely nothing. Lastly, what legal substance did Kellen think he was smoking? So many questions, not enough answers.
