Following the recent US election results, one cruise line is literally giving people a chance to escape Trump‘s upcoming term in office.
Villa Vie Residences recently introduced its ‘Skip Forward’ cruise, part of its Tour La Vie program. The voyage sails around the globe for four full years, visiting all seven continents.
Villa Vie also offers shorter options for those not ready to commit to a four-year voyage. These include the “Escape from Reality” package for one year, the “Mid-Term Selection” package for two years, and the “Everywhere But Home” package for three years.
Rates start at $49,999 per person for a one-year package (double occupancy) and climb to $159,999 per person for the full four-year adventure. All packages come with all-inclusive perks, such as twice-weekly housekeeping, high-speed internet, gratuities, and gourmet meals. The company also offers flexible ownership and stay options, including full or fractional ownership, unlimited access, or a “pay as you go” option for shorter stays. Long-term guests can also invite friends and family to join for a per-night rate based on their chosen package.
The journey can begin at any of the 425 ports worldwide, offering maximum accessibility for travelers. Once on board, passengers will experience highlights like Caribbean exploration, dual Panama Canal transits, Chilean Fjords sailing, visits to two World Wonders, and a deep dive into the Amazon River.
