The drama continues with Porsha Williams and estranged husband Simon Guobadia.
Simon has filed a lawsuit against The Real Housewives of Atlanta star alleging that she made “false and defamatory” remarks about his personal life, specifically implying on social media that he suffers from erectile dysfunction.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Simon claims that Porsha’s posts were framed as fact rather than opinion and that the accusations have caused him severe emotional distress, public ridicule, and damage to his reputation. He also argues that her massive Instagram following amplified the impact of her statements.
The legal drama stems from a series of Instagram Stories Porsha posted this summer as part of #MensHealthAwareness. While Porsha discussed erectile dysfunction in a general sense and didn’t name Simon directly, he believes the timing of her posts—amid their bitter divorce—left little room for interpretation. Several outlets quickly connected her remarks to him, sparking a firestorm of speculation about his bedroom abilities.
Simon has described the allegations as “extreme” and “outrageous” and is seeking significant damages.
The couple’s turbulent relationship has been a staple of headlines. Porsha and Simon married in a lavish Nigerian ceremony in November 2022, followed by a second American wedding days later. However, their marriage was short-lived, with Porsha filing for divorce in February 2024. Since then, the two have publicly traded accusations, adding fuel to their highly publicized split.
