Diddy is facing serious allegations in a newly filed lawsuit, where Bryana “Bana” Bongolan accuses the music mogul of sexual battery, false imprisonment, and more. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week, centers on an alleged 2016 incident at an apartment belonging to Diddy’s then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
According to the court documents, Bongolan claims she was staying at Cassie’s apartment in September 2016 when Diddy arrived late at night. She alleges that he began groping her without consent and, when she resisted, held her over the edge of a 17-story balcony.
Bongolan says Diddy eventually pulled her back onto the balcony but then allegedly slammed her into patio furniture, including a table. She is now seeking $10 million in damages for the trauma and injuries she says she suffered during the incident.
Diddy’s legal team has strongly denied the allegations. In a statement, they said, “Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless. He has unwavering faith in the facts and in the fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will come to light, demonstrating that the claims against Mr. Combs are without merit.”
This lawsuit comes as Diddy faces mounting scrutiny, including other recent accusations of abuse. While Diddy’s legal team has consistently denied the claims against him, the latest allegations have added to the controversy surrounding the hip-hop icon’s past behavior.
As the case moves through the judicial process, both sides will present their evidence. Diddy’s team is adamant that these claims are unfounded, while Bongolan is pursuing significant damages for the alleged incident.
This lawsuit adds another chapter to Diddy’s growing list of legal battles, and the outcome will likely shape the ongoing public conversation surrounding the entertainment mogul.
