Tony Buzbee, a prominent attorney known for lawsuits against Diddy and Jay-Z, faces allegations of infecting a former romantic partner with a venereal disease.
In a suit filed in New York Supreme Court, “Jane Doe” claims Buzbee exploited her after they met online in 2018. She alleges he charmed her into visiting Houston, where they dined and attended a show before staying at a 5-star hotel. There, Buzbee reportedly seduced her, concealing his infection status.
The woman claims she experienced discomfort the next day, sought medical advice, and was diagnosed with an STD linked to her encounter with Buzbee. She says he apologized when confronted but appeared unsurprised, allegedly acknowledging he already knew. Buzbee purportedly urged her to keep quiet, offering free legal advice in return.
Despite feeling “shame and grief,” she continued seeing Buzbee, accusing him of controlling behavior to suppress the secret. She recounts trips to Panama and NYC, where he owned property.
In another incident during an NYC trip, she alleges Buzbee pushed a champagne flute into her face during a bar altercation, causing injuries, including a chipped tooth, which she claims are documented by medical and dental records.
Buzbee denies the allegations, calling the suit a “criminal conspiracy” aimed at discrediting him amid the Diddy litigation. He asserts the claims are false and plans to take legal action against the accuser and her attorney, whom he reported to legal authorities.
