“1000-Lb Sisters” star Amy Slaton Halterman is closing the door on her drug case.

The reality star pleaded guilty on Thursday, December 19th, to drug charges stemming from her September arrest at a Tennessee zoo. The 37-year-old mother of two pleaded guilty to one count of simple possession of marijuana and one count of simple possession of mushrooms. Reports from E! News, Us Weekly, WREG-TV, and WMC-TV reveal that her two other child endangerment charges, initially filed during the arrest, were dismissed as part of the plea deal.

Brian Scott Lovvorn, who was with Slaton at the time of the arrest, also pleaded guilty to the same charges. Crockett County District Attorney General Frederick Agee confirmed the plea agreement, which includes paying a $1,000 fine, undergoing a drug and alcohol assessment, and completing a state-certified parenting class. Both Slaton and Lovvorn have been banned from returning to Tennessee Safari Park, the location of their arrest.

“This is the Season of Giving, and we understand that Amy Halterman and Brian Lovvorn are the pride and joy of the State of Kentucky, and they will now be back in Kentucky for the Holidays,” Agee said in a statement to WREG-TV.

The Crockett County Sheriff’s Department had initially responded to calls about a guest being bitten by a camel at the park, only to discover what they believed to be mushrooms and marijuana inside Slaton’s vehicle. Officers reported smelling suspicious odors and found drugs in plain sight, leading to their arrests. Following the incident, Slaton’s two children were placed in a family member’s custody, and the Tennessee Department of Child Services began an investigation into her parenting situation.
