The singer hopped on Instagram Live, where he shared the revelation once the song began playing on the radio.

“I need my f**king plaque for this song, bro,” he declared. “Y’all can do something about this s**t. But nobody care about me no more. Rex got my publishing, and he got his name on this record, bro. And I can’t get my just do. Before my first album came out, I wrote this song with Static.”

This song, released in 2008 as part of Wayne’s “Tha Carter III” album, became a massive success, topping the Billboard Hot 100 and earning him a Grammy Award. “Lollipop” was certified diamond by the RIAA in 2022, becoming Wayne’s first single to achieve this.

Static Major, who passed away just two weeks before the single was released, is featured on “Lollipop” and is credited as a writer. Rex Zamor, the man Pleasure is accusing of stealing his publishing, is also credited on the song. However, Pleasure is now urging someone to take action.

“I’m a part of his biggest record. 1.3 million in the first week. And I haven’t been able to celebrate that,” he added.

Wayne nor anyone involved with the record has publicly responded to Pleasure. It’s also unknown If he ever attempted to get his credit before the livestream.
