Los Angeles-based injury attorney Benjamin Drake, aka Drake the Lawyer, is turning heads with his latest marketing move.

A billboard in Compton features the phrase “Injured? Squabble up,” referencing a fan favorite from Kendrick Lamar’s recent album GNX.

The tagline is hilariously clever.

Many see it as a nod to the infamous feud between Kendrick Lamar and a certain Toronto rapper.

On Wednesday, Kendrick’s affiliate Hitta J3 even took to X to share a photo of the billboard, saying, “Billboard in the CITY!!”

The timing of this is wild since earlier this week, the Toronto rapper withdrew his pre-action petition against Universal Music Group (UMG) and Spotify, only to file a lawsuit against UMG.

The lawsuit claims UMG spread a “false and malicious narrative” by promoting Kendrick’s diss track, “Not Like Us,” which allegedly fueled rumors labeling him a pedophile.

Drake the Lawyer’s billboard doesn’t directly call out the feud, but the playful jab isn’t lost on fans.

It’s clear that Drake the Lawyer knows how to get people talking.
