Would You Rent from Drake? Superstar Lists Beverly Hills Mega Mansion for $250,000 a Month

For anyone expecting to rent in a luxury estate owned by Drake, prepare to dish out six figures a month.

After nearly two years on and off the market at $88 million, the “One Dance” star has decided to rent out his sprawling Beverly Hills mansion for a staggering $250,000 per month. The listing is handled by Branden and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates and Marc Bretter of Maywood Property Group.

The Toronto rap mogul originally snagged the property for $75 million just three years ago, only to put it back on the market with a hefty $13 million price increase. He later relisted it in early 2024 at the same price, leaving it open for potential buyers with deep pockets.

Set in the hills above Benedict Canyon, the estate is nestled on nearly 20 acres and boasts a Tuscan-style design, complete with 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, and almost 25,000 square feet of luxurious living space. A grand entry features a double-height foyer with a striking iron-railed staircase, while the expansive living areas include dual fireplaces, a wet bar, and a wine cellar. The chef’s kitchen is fit for a celebrity, with dual islands and high-end appliances, and the primary suite includes a massive salon-style bath and a private balcony.

With amenities like an 11-car garage, a tennis court, and even a pizza oven, this mansion offers the ultimate in luxury. Drake’s Beverly Hills estate is just one of several high-end properties in his portfolio, alongside his 50,000-square-foot mega mansion in Toronto and a new $15 million luxury resort in Brenham, Texas.
