Swippitt is redefining how we think about charging with its Instant Power System (IPS), the first of its kind to double your phone’s battery life while eliminating the hassle of traditional chargers. Unveiled at CES 2025, Swippitt offers a revolutionary solution that swaps out your drained battery for a fully charged one in just two seconds. Designed to solve one of the most frustrating issues for smartphone users, this innovative system promises simplicity, speed, and sustainability.
The Swippitt system features three core components that work together to deliver a seamless charging experience: the Swippitt Hub, the Swippitt Link, and the Swippitt App. The Swippitt Hub is an automated, compact charging station that houses five fully charged batteries. Users simply place their phone—fitted with the Swippitt Link case—into the Hub, which automatically replaces the depleted battery with a fresh one in just two seconds. The Swippitt Link is a slim, protective smartphone case that integrates with the Hub’s smart swapping technology, while the companion app provides detailed battery stats, system management, and additional tools like family safety and location sharing.
Swippitt currently supports iOS devices, focusing on iPhone models 14, 15, and 16, with Android compatibility launching later in 2025. The Hub is designed to adapt to any phone size, and custom Links are available for different devices. The technology promises to eliminate low battery anxiety, offering up to an extra day of battery life instantly without the need for cables or waiting.
Founder and CEO Padraic Connolly shared his excitement about the product, saying, “We’ve created a simple, fast, and sustainable way to keep phones powered. Swippitt is more than just a charging system—it’s a solution that addresses one of the biggest pain points for cellphone users. We’re thrilled to bring this transformative technology to market and help people manage their battery life more efficiently.”
Swippitt’s key features include its instant battery-swapping technology, intuitive design, and smart app integration. By eliminating the need to wait for your phone to charge, Swippitt allows users to focus on their daily activities without interruptions. The app provides insights into battery usage patterns, location sharing, and family safety features, making it more than just a charging solution—it’s a tool for staying connected and informed.
Swippitt is expected to begin shipping in June 2025. Pricing starts at $450 for the Swippitt Hub and $120 for the Link case. Pre-orders are open now, and early adopters can take advantage of a 30% discount plus an additional $100 off during CES from January 6 to January 17.
