ASAP Rocky’s legal battle took a big twist this week when ASAP Relli took the stand to testify against him.
Relli, whose real name is Terell Ephron, is accusing Rocky of assaulting him in 2021. The two allegedly got into a heated argument, which escalated into an attack where Rocky allegedly shot at Relli.

Relli recounted the alleged assault in court, describing the moment Rocky pulled out a gun. He testified that he told Rocky, “You better use that st, what the fk you got a gun for?” Relli claimed that Rocky was “looking for a spot to shoot me.” He recalled how Rocky aimed the gun at his stomach and head before allegedly threatening, “I’ll kill you right now, pu**sy.” Relli said he was shocked and afraid as the confrontation escalated, with tensions running high.
He testified, “I was willing to die for my respect. If this is what you want to do, I still have my dignity.”
Rocky is facing felony assault with a firearm. If convicted, he could facing to up to 24 years in prison.
Earlier in the case, ASAP Rocky reportedly declined a plea deal that could have kept the case from going to trial. The offer included 180 days in jail, three years of probation, and a seven-year suspended sentence, but Rocky chose to fight the charges in court instead.
