Diddy’s legal team must now battle two additional lawsuits, accusing the mogul of orchestrating assaults inside the Trump Hotel.
A former bottle service attendant has filed a lawsuit against the Sean John founder, alleging she was raped by a club promoter at his direction at the Trump Hotel. Identified as Jane Doe, she claims that in the late ’90s, she attended an event hosted by Diddy at NYC’s Limelight nightclub. She alleges that the top two floors were designated for sex parties.
While nothing happened to her at Limelight, she and a friend were later taken to the Trump Hotel in Midtown. She claims, “Combs made it clear that they did not have a choice.”
Once in a penthouse suite with the “I Need a Girl” rapper and several other men, she says they were held hostage, drugged, and forced into an orgy. She accuses Diddy of ordering a club promoter to rape her while he watched.
Similarly, a second Jane Doe filed a suit, alleging sexual assault by Diddy and others at his command. She appears to be the friend of the first woman, as she recounts a nearly identical experience of being drugged in the penthouse and raped by a security guard as Diddy looked on.
Both lawsuits were filed by the infamous Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who has brought multiple cases against Diddy.
The first Jane Doe also claims she was drugged and raped at a 1997 Hamptons party, where she allegedly saw “Combs fully naked” and another man sodomizing him.
