Kanye West is once again at the center of controversy after posting a series of highly offensive and antisemitic tweets. The rapper and fashion mogul, who has been no stranger to public scandals in recent years, shocked social media with his statements praising Hitler, making antisemitic claims, and criticizing fellow celebrities for staying silent.
In one of his tweets, West wrote:
“I LOVE HITLER NOW WHAT B*S”
He followed up with another post stating:
“I’M A NAZI.”
These comments, echoing past statements where he expressed admiration for the Nazi leader, have reignited concerns about his rhetoric and mental state. His references to Nazi ideology have drawn swift backlash from Jewish organizations, public figures, and even former supporters.
Ye’s antisemitic remarks continued as he tweeted about Jewish influence in business, making sweeping generalizations about Jewish individuals and their role in the entertainment industry. In one tweet, he wrote:
“BE CLEAR YOU JEWISH N*** DON’T RUN ME NO MORE. THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY AND THIS IS MY FREE OPINION.”**
He also claimed that Jewish people push abortion onto Black and Latino communities, echoing conspiracy theories that have long been condemned as false and dangerous.
Ye’s latest comments are expected to further damage his relationships in the entertainment and fashion industries. In 2022, after making antisemitic remarks, he lost major partnerships with Adidas, Balenciaga, and other brands. His latest outburst could lead to additional consequences, including further financial and professional isolation.
Despite widespread backlash, Ye has remained defiant in his posts, even claiming he is “calm as ice” and completely sober. His comments raise concerns not only about his influence on public discourse but also about his personal well-being.
