JT Defends Lil Uzi Vert, Claims His Style Would Be Accepted If He Was White

JT is defending her man Lil Uzi Vert against people speaking negatively about his eccentric looks.

On February 7th, the City Girls rapper hit back at online trolls who criticized Uzi’s bold style, which he debuted at a Marc Jacobs presentation in New York City earlier this week. The rapper rocked a spiky hairstyle with goth bangs and showcased multiple facial piercings, which didn’t sit right with fans.

JT, clearly frustrated by the backlash, tweeted, “If Uzi was white nothing he do would bother yall miserable ass n****s!” Her fiery response didn’t stop there. When one user claimed Uzi was engaging in “white people stuff,” she shot back, “What’s white ppl stuff? Lazy fat bitch? Do you know your own history stfu pigeon!”

Another comment accused Uzi of straightening his hair, wearing piercings, and participating in “goth devil worshiping shit.” JT wasn’t having it, writing, “I ain’t ask no n***a who smoke blunts down to it burns his black ass lips a fuck thing!”

Her defense of Uzi comes as the couple, who have been together since 2019, continue to influence each other’s fashion choices. Last June, JT shared how Uzi’s style changed her wardrobe, recalling a moment when he dressed her in an outfit she initially hated.

“I remember being on a plane ride just quiet the whole time. I’m really in somebody’s backyard in a full runway outfit. He’s like, ‘This is how you’re gonna be dressed everyday,'” she said.
