Kodak Black Addresses Ye’s Concern as Lawyer Says Viral Clip of Him Sitting in Street Was Taken Out of Context

Kodak Black and Kanye

Kodak Black is responding to Ye, formerly Kanye West, after the Yeezy founder expressed concern over the Florida rapper following a viral video of him rambling incoherently while sitting on the street eating chicken.

On Sunday, West took a break from his usual online antics to reach out to Kodak, who later acknowledged the gesture on Instagram. While showing love to Ye, Kodak also made a bold claim, alleging that the federal government is preparing to seize Kanye’s bank accounts over his recent defense of Diddy.

“I’m pretty sure the Feds gone probably seize all that boy accounts,” Kodak said. “Kanye just did some real sh–. I wanna do a collab with you so bruh can get some money.”

Meanwhile, Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, took to Instagram on Monday (February 10) to clear up the viral video. Cohen insisted that Kodak was not randomly sitting on the street but was actually filming a music video in Atlanta.

“I keep seeing these comments on a video shoot Kodak had the other day,” Cohen wrote. “I spoke to him 20 min before, and he relayed he was shooting B-roll for a video.”

Cohen further explained that the cameraman was visible in the footage, but online clips were edited to remove context and make the moment appear worse than it actually was.
