Diddy is facing a new lawsuit, this time from a John Doe who claims he was sexually assaulted after being drugged by the mogul.
According to TMZ, the incident allegedly took place in November 2022.
The man says he was approached by a talent scout for Diddy outside a nightclub in LA, who invited him to a party. After being driven to a private house, the man claims Diddy offered him a drink, and they talked about his music aspirations.
However, things reportedly took a dark turn when the man says he started feeling drowsy and off-balance, despite only having one drink. The man alleges Diddy then took him to a private room, where he was asked about performing oral sex.
The lawsuit claims Diddy then forced the man into oral sex and later assaulted him. The man says he woke up the next day with an IV and was dropped back at the nightclub.
The man is suing Diddy for pain, emotional distress, and humiliation.
Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, stating that “the truth will prevail” and that the claims are “false.”
