Floyd Mayweather is making moves outside the ring, big ones.
The undefeated champ just dropped a jaw-dropping $402 million on 62 apartment buildings across Manhattan.
Last week, he took to Instagram to share the news: “This is just inspiration & motivation for the people who are interested in real estate… Go to Vadaproperties.com for more updates.”
His new investment includes over 1,000 units in Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood.
Teaming up with Black Spruce Management, a firm known for affordable housing, Mayweather is stepping up to help families find homes they can actually afford.
Now that’s baller.
