"Content Creator" Arrested for Urinating on Grocery Store Food and Filming It for Social Media

Kelli Tedford

A New Hampshire content creator is facing serious charges after allegedly contaminating food at a local grocery store with her urine—all while filming the act for social media.

Keene Police arrested 23-year-old Kelli Tedford on Friday, Feb. 21, after an anonymous tip led them to investigate disturbing videos she had posted online. Authorities say one of the clips showed her contaminating food products at the Monadnock Food Co-Op. Tedford has been charged with felony criminal mischief.

Following police notification, the Monadnock Food Co-Op swiftly removed affected products from shelves, sanitized all surfaces, and contacted customers who may have purchased contaminated items. The store issued a statement confirming the incident and stated that no fresh produce, meat, seafood, prepared foods, or refrigerated products were affected. However, they have issued a voluntary recall on certain dry goods purchased between Feb. 10 and Feb. 15, including raw walnuts, organic red quinoa, and organic oatmeal.

According to Keene Police, Tedford may have engaged in similar acts in the past. Investigators are reviewing additional videos, some dating back to 2021, that suggest she may have contaminated items at other locations in Keene and nearby communities. The grocery store reported over $1,500 in losses due to discarded products and sanitation costs.

Tedford was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on April 7.
