Diddy’s legal team is coming out strong against the swirling allegations surrounding the hip-hop mogul. His attorney, Teny Geragos, appeared on TMZ’s 2 Angry Men podcast to set the record straight, making it clear that the rumors about celebrities being caught on video at Diddy’s alleged “Freak-Off” parties are completely false.
Geragos emphatically told hosts Harvey Levin and her father, Mark Geragos, that no such tapes exist and that the federal raids on Diddy’s properties did not uncover any incriminating footage involving celebrities.
Beyond the tape rumors, Geragos also addressed one of the most serious claims against Diddy—that his legal troubles involve minors. She made it clear that none of the criminal charges filed against him relate to underage individuals, despite what has been widely circulated in the media.
While there have been civil lawsuits accusing Diddy of sexual misconduct involving minors, Geragos dismissed them, calling out what she sees as a coordinated effort by certain attorneys to exploit his high-profile status.
One of Geragos’ biggest targets in the conversation was attorney Tony Buzbee, who has filed multiple civil cases against Diddy. She openly criticized his tactics, accusing him of chasing media attention and clients.
She specifically called out Buzbee’s first press conference, where he displayed a 1-800 number behind the podium—something she described as an “ambulance-chasing” move to recruit more plaintiffs.
During the discussion, Harvey Levin brought up the noticeable silence from Hollywood when it comes to Diddy’s case. Geragos was ready with an answer, claiming that Buzbee is using fear tactics, allegedly pressuring other celebrities to pay up or risk public lawsuits that could ruin their reputations.
She even pointed out that there’s at least one lawsuit against Buzbee himself, accusing him of extortion.
Geragos didn’t hold back when discussing Diddy’s legal strategy moving forward. She made it clear that his team is prepared to hit back hard with defamation lawsuits against those spreading baseless allegations.
With ongoing legal battles and more revelations expected, this case is far from over. Geragos insists that Diddy is not backing down and is ready to fight every claim made against him.
