Ray J and Princess Love’s ongoing marital drama took another dramatic turn when an intense argument led to police intervention—resulting in Ray being detained in a squad car.

According to law enforcement sources speaking to TMZ, the incident unfolded Thursday afternoon after Ray J returned home from a tour. The couple, who are in the midst of a divorce, got into a heated dispute. Princess Love then called the LAPD, alleging that Ray J was being aggressive, yelling, and possibly under the influence.
When officers arrived, sources say they detained Ray J, placing him in handcuffs and keeping him in the back of a patrol car to de-escalate the situation. However, after speaking with both parties, police determined that no crime had been committed. Ray J was subsequently released without charges.
