Beyoncé is expanding her Cowboy Carter Tour, announcing a new show in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium on July 25. The addition comes as ticket sales for the tour reach 94% capacity, according to Billboard.
The announcement follows reports suggesting the tour was struggling to sell out, especially with the first show kicking off on April 28 in Los Angeles. However, new stats from promoter Live Nation indicate strong demand, with most dates nearing full capacity.
Originally launched in February with 22 dates across eight cities, the tour has already seen added dates in six major markets, including two additional shows in Atlanta and London. The upcoming Vegas stop marks Beyoncé’s return to the city after two shows at Allegiant Stadium during her 2023 Renaissance World Tour.
Pre-sale access for the Las Vegas show opens for the BeyHive fan club on Thursday, March 20, with an Artist Presale to follow on Monday, March 24. Additional presales for Citi cardholders, Verizon Up, and Mastercard members will roll out ahead of the general on-sale set for Tuesday, March 25.
The Cowboy Carter Tour celebrates Beyoncé’s chart-topping country album of the same name, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and earned three Grammy awards, including Album of the Year and Best Country Album.
Billboard originally projected the tour could gross $294 million from 1.1 to 1.2 million tickets sold. With the Vegas addition, estimates now suggest final earnings could exceed $325 million.
