Tesla repair center in Las Vegas was firebombed early Tuesday morning, with Molotov cocktails and gunfire used to set vehicles on fire, according to Las Vegas Metro Police.

Fire crews arrived around 2:44 a.m. and quickly contained the flames, which damaged at least five vehicles. Authorities say the fire was prevented from reaching the battery packs, avoiding a more dangerous situation.
Investigators also found an unignited Molotov cocktail inside a Tesla and the word “RESIST” spray-painted on the building, leading officials to call it a targeted attack. The suspect, dressed in black, is still at large, and the FBI is now involved in the investigation.
Similar attacks on Tesla vehicles have been reported nationwide, often linked to protests against Elon Musk’s political influence and ties to Donald Trump’s administration. FBI agents are working to determine if the Las Vegas incident is connected to those cases.
Musk responded on Twitter: “Violent terrorism.”
