T.I. and Tiny Harris just walked away with another legal win after a judge dismissed a defamation lawsuit against them.

As you know, Sabrina Peterson had accused the couple of damaging her reputation after she publicly claimed T.I. threatened her with a gun. She alleged they spread false statements, questioned her mental health, and orchestrated a social media campaign to discredit her.

On Monday, Peterson appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom for a contempt hearing regarding more than $96,000 in unpaid legal fees owed to the Harrises.

She testified that she did not intend to violate court orders but admitted, “The $96,000 judgment represented half of my yearly earnings.”

Judge Michael Shultz warned: “There’s a possibility of you going to jail. Anything you say could be used against you.” However, instead of issuing jail time, he threw out her lawsuit entirely, stating, “It’s been four years and 24 days. The court finds that plaintiff has failed to prosecute this case.”

Peterson originally sued in 2021, claiming the couple retaliated after she accused T.I. of pulling a gun on her. She also insinuated they were involved in drugging and sexually abusing multiple women. Despite her allegations, the case never progressed.

Meanwhile, T.I. has his own lawsuit against Peterson, accusing her of making false claims that he was “under federal investigation for sex trafficking of women.”

At a recent hearing, a judge warned T.I. that his case could be dismissed if he didn’t properly serve her with legal documents. However, his attorney confirmed on Monday that she had officially been served.

With Peterson’s lawsuit officially dead, the focus now shifts to T.I.’s countersuit as the legal battle continues.
