Shake Shack is giving dessert lovers a new reason to pull up. The chain just launched the Chocolate Pistachio Dubai Shake, inspired by the viral chocolate bars stuffed with pistachio cream that took over TikTok and Instagram.
Made with vanilla frozen custard, real pistachio paste, toasted kataifi (crispy shredded phyllo), and swirled with a thick dark chocolate shell, the shake is finished with chopped pistachios and more kataifi for crunch. It’s rich, nutty, and designed to mimic the textures and flavors of the Dubai chocolate bar that started it all.
Shake Shack says the idea came from their international team, who spotted the dessert’s popularity across the Middle East. After launching it in Dubai in February, it quickly caught on, leading to this limited U.S. release.
You can grab one now at select Shake Shack locations in New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami—but only for a limited time. Each shake goes for $8 and is already trending as an Instagram-worthy treat.
