Ye Says He Is Officially Done With Hateful Antisemitic Speech: "God Forgive Me"

Kanye West—now legally known as Ye—returned to social media with a series of emotional and unsettling posts centered around his ongoing custody issues, his children, and past trauma. Among the most heartbreaking statements, the Grammy-winning artist said, “I HAVEN’T SEEN SAINT THIS YEAR,” referring to his 9-year-old son with ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

In a wave of follow-up posts, Ye opened up about how deeply affected he feels by being separated from his children. “I don’t need to just ‘SEE’ my kids, I need to raise them,” he wrote. “I’m a good dad. I’m a great father to have.”

But the moment that stood out the most came when Ye reflected on a day that changed the world; the day Kobe Bryant tragically passed in 2020. Ye recalled the family gathering at Kylie Jenner’s home, saying that vintage Playboy magazines were visible and accessible to children in the home. That memory, he said, triggered something far more painful: his own childhood trauma.

Ye connected that moment to a graphic revelation he made earlier this week about being exposed to explicit magazines as a child and acting out what he saw with a cousin. The new post suggested that seeing those magazines at Kylie’s house brought that traumatic experience back to the forefront. “The Cousin song triggers that memory,” he added, referencing his latest music release where he first opened up about the trauma.

Ye also expressed feeling abandoned by his peers in the industry; calling out Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, and others for staying silent as he claims his parental rights have been stripped. “Why are you all watching and letting Kim take my kids from me in real time?” he asked.

Adding fuel to the fire, Ye made remarks about the legal system that quickly drew backlash. In one tweet, he wrote: “The thing that made my kids situation so hard is most lawyers are Jewish,” before following with another message that read, “I love some Jews and I love Hitler,” which reignited criticism over antisemitic remarks he made in previous years.

At the core of it all is Ye’s desperation to be a present father and to reclaim his voice in raising his children. Whether his public pleas will lead to any legal changes remains to be seen, but one thing is clear: Kanye West is speaking from a place of anguish, and the world is once again watching.
