Druski’s D.C. Auditions Turned Into A Viral Stampede Before Anyone Even Hit The Stage

Comedian Druski has submitted documentation in response to a civil lawsuit that names him in connection with an alleged 2018 incident in Northern California. The documents include phone logs and bank statements that he says place him in Georgia at the time.

The lawsuit, filed by Ashley Parham, names several individuals, including Sean “Diddy” Combs, NFL player Odell Beckham Jr., and Druski, whose legal name is Drew Desbordes, as defendants in connection with allegations of sexual assault during a private event on March 23, 2018.

According to records, Druski’s Bank of America account showed limited activity during that period, with his only reported income coming from Zelle transfers made by his mother. The ending balance between March 10 and April 9, 2018, was $0.91, which his legal team says reflects that he was not traveling or in California at the time.

Phone records from Verizon also show that Druski made and received 16 calls on March 23, all involving Georgia-based numbers. He was also listed under his mother’s phone plan during that period, further suggesting that he was living in Georgia.

These records have reportedly been shared with the legal team representing the plaintiff, as part of Druski’s effort to have his name removed from the lawsuit.

At the time of the alleged incident, Druski had not yet gained widespread public recognition. His career gained traction during the pandemic, when his social media content began to attract national attention. It was during this later period that he began appearing at high-profile events where he would eventually meet figures like Diddy and Odell Beckham Jr.
