New York City is about to level up its nightlife and dining scene with the arrival of Drai’s Supper Club, opening May 1.
Hospitality titans Victor and Dustin Drai, known for redefining the Las Vegas experience, are bringing their world-famous brand to the East Coast with a new concept that blends live music, refined French-American cuisine, and high-glamour dining under one roof. It’s an ambitious debut that marks the Drai family’s return to the restaurant world.

Drai’s Supper Club is a modern take on vintage supper club culture. Guests will enjoy performances each night while indulging in a menu crafted by NYC chef Yoo Hyun Suk. Highlights include Terrine de Foie Gras, Frog Legs with garlic and parsley, Caviar Vodka Pasta with crème fraîche, and a Steak au Poivre drenched in cognac-peppercorn sauce. Upstairs sets the tone with a plush red-and-gold dining space inspired by the glamour of old New York. Downstairs, a moody cocktail lounge keeps the party going late with a caviar program, elevated bar bites, and Drai’s signature mixology.

Designed by Victor Drai in collaboration with Boston-based Emporium Design and international firm Leo A Daly, the venue pulls from the brand’s legendary Hollywood and Vegas roots. With more than 30 years in nightlife and hospitality, the Drai name has long stood for iconic experiences, from see-and-be-seen spots in Los Angeles to groundbreaking after-hours venues in Las Vegas. Drai’s Supper Club NYC is the next evolution, ushering in a new era of experiential dining and nightlife for the Big Apple.
Reservations are now open ahead of the official launch. The restaurant is located at 244 W 14th Street.
