Special Agent Gerard Gannon of Homeland Security Investigations, who led the March 2024 raid on Diddy’s waterfront mansion in Miami, wrapped up his second day of testimony in the music moguals trial with new details that gave jurors a closer look at the physical setting prosecutors say enabled a lifestyle of drugs, trafficking, and secrecy.

According to Gannon, the search team encountered six people inside the property when they breached the gate using an armored vehicle. One of those individuals was a music producer, while others included property management and facilities staff. All were detained in handcuffs while agents swept the residence. None were found with drugs or weapons, but what agents discovered in the home told a different story.

A loaded .45 caliber handgun was recovered inside a guesthouse described as a “guard shack.” Inside the main house, agents found dismantled AR-15 parts stored in a bedroom closet—technically not illegal on their own, but part of what Gannon called a “concerning weapons presence.”

It didn’t stop there.

Agents uncovered a Gucci bag filled with pills, a straw, white powder, and a $100 bill—all of which tested positive for cocaine, ketamine, and MDMA, according to lab results read in court. In the master bathroom, Gannon testified that a box labeled “Puffy” contained more MDMA and capsules filled with psilocybin, the hallucinogenic compound in mushrooms.

Another closet held 18 pairs of platform high heels, 25 bottles of baby oil, 31 bottles of lubricant, and a Balenciaga boot hiding three cell phones. A fourth phone was found elsewhere in the home.

While defense attorney Teny Geragos pointed out during cross-examination that the AR-15s were unloaded and in pieces, the overwhelming mix of narcotics, weapons parts, hidden electronics, and sexually explicit items remains central to the government’s case.
