The federal case against Sean “Diddy” Combs took a serious turn Tuesday as Capricorn Clark, a former employee, delivered chilling testimony about what she says happened after Diddy found out Cassie Ventura was dating Kid Cudi in 2011.
Clark told the court that in December 2011, Combs showed up at her Los Angeles home—furious, armed with a gun, and demanding answers. She said he screamed at her, “Why didn’t you tell me?” before ordering her to get dressed because they were “going to go kill Mescudi.”
“He had a gun in his hand and was furious,” Clark said.
She testified that Combs’ pants were split at the inseam, exposing his underwear, and that he was pacing around her apartment in full rage. Clark said she was terrified, having never seen him like that before.
From there, the story only got darker.
Clark said she got in the backseat of a car driven by Combs’ security guard, while Diddy sat with a gun in his lap. They drove to Kid Cudi’s house, where she claimed Combs and the guard entered the home uninvited. She stayed in the car and secretly called Cassie using a burner phone the two had purchased earlier to avoid Combs’ tracking.
“I told her Diddy was coming to kill Cudi,” Clark said. Cassie was allegedly with Cudi at the time and could be heard saying, “He’s in my house?”
When Combs returned to the car, he demanded Clark call Cassie again and tell her that he “had” her and wouldn’t let her go until Cassie came to meet him. Cassie agreed, and Clark picked her up.
Once they arrived at Combs’ rental home, things allegedly escalated. Clark said Diddy—now dressed only in a robe and underwear—immediately began kicking Cassie as she walked in. She described Cassie crouching into a fetal position as Combs repeatedly kicked her in the back, head, and side, while she quietly cried.
Clark said she stood frozen, afraid to intervene after Combs warned, “If you stop me, I’ll hurt you too.” No one from his team stepped in.
After leaving the home at the urging of a security guard, Clark called Cassie’s mother, Regina Ventura, pleading: “He’s beating your daughter. I can’t call the police, but you can.”
The testimony didn’t stop there.
Clark also claimed Combs fired her shortly after the incident, accusing her of keeping the relationship between Cassie and Cudi a secret. “He said I’d never work again,” she said. “He told me none of these people were my real friends and that he’d make me kill myself.”
Clark lost her job, health insurance, and retirement benefits. Despite it all, she returned to Combs’ circle in 2016 as Cassie’s creative director—though she didn’t elaborate on that period.
The testimony aligns with past claims from Cassie herself, who previously alleged Combs threatened to blow up Cudi’s car when he found out about their relationship. Kid Cudi’s Porsche was, in fact, set ablaze by a Molotov cocktail in 2012—though Diddy’s team denies any involvement.
