Suge Knight Thinks Diddy Should “Definitely Walk” in Federal Case—Despite Not Being Friends

Suge Knight and Diddy go way back and not in a good way.

Their beef has been public since the ‘90s when Death Row and Bad Boy were at the center of the East Coast vs. West Coast drama.

But despite all that tension, Suge is now saying he doesn’t believe Diddy deserves a conviction in his current federal case.

During an interview with Chris Cuomo on NewsNation earlier this week, Suge shared his take on the allegations Diddy’s facing, which include sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

“I say this all the time, Puffy and I are not friends,” Suge said. “But Puffy should definitely walk. There were other executives involved in Puffy’s life and for Puffy to be the only guy that gets on the stand is a sad day for hip-hop.”

He made it clear the two aren’t cool, but said the trial looks unbalanced and unfair. “I don’t think this is a case where Puffy should be going to prison,” he continued. “How could every person who’s involved with Puffy not [be] on the stand except for Puffy? At some point, the law got to be blind.”

Suge added, “We just can’t jump to conclusions and say, ‘Throw Puffy under the bus.’ Like I said, him and I are not friends, but Puffy definitely should walk. What’s right is right, wrong is wrong.”

Even though their personal history is full of conflict, Suge put all that aside to point out what he sees as flaws in how this case is being handled.

In previous conversations, Suge has predicted that, if he’s convicted, Diddy would most likely receive a presidential pardon.
