Elon Musk is not holding back. The billionaire tech mogul took to X, formerly Twitter, to accuse Donald Trump of being named in the sealed Jeffrey Epstein files. In a direct post tagging Trump’s official handle, Musk said, “@realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public.” He followed it up with a bold, “Have a nice day, DJT!”
The shots didn’t stop there. Musk added, “Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.”
While the claim is explosive, it’s not exactly shocking. Trump and Epstein had a well-documented friendship that goes back decades. The two were often seen together at parties and in social circles long before Epstein’s crimes became public. Trump has tried to distance himself in recent years, but old photos and quotes—including one where he called Epstein a “terrific guy”—continue to resurface.
This latest jab from Musk comes as their public feud escalates. Musk recently slammed Trump over a new spending bill, calling it a “disgusting abomination.” Trump clapped back, threatening to cut government ties with Musk’s companies.
Adding more fuel to the fire, Musk’s own company X Corp. is currently being accused of blocking subpoenas in a lawsuit involving Epstein accusers. Meanwhile, Musk has previously been subpoenaed by the U.S. Virgin Islands in their probe into Epstein’s network.
One thing’s for sure—this feud is getting messier by the day. Between billionaire beef, political tension, and high-profile legal drama, the stakes couldn’t be higher.
Stay tuned. This one’s far from over.
