Brit Eady is taking Bravo to court after a scandalous image from Kenya Moore’s salon opening turned her life upside down. The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member has filed a $20 million lawsuit against Bravo, NBCUniversal, and its production partners, claiming they publicly misidentified her in a sexually explicit image used on posters at the event.

The drama dates back to June 2024 when Kenya Moore launched her Kenya Moore Hair Spa. As part of the festivities, Kenya handed out posters featuring what appeared to be a woman performing oral sex. Though Brit Eady wasn’t even at the opening, she says the image made its way around, with many believing it was her in the photo.

According to Eady, Bravo “falsely implied” she was in the NSFW image, contributing to what she calls a hostile and sexually harassing work environment. She claims she was forced to continue filming despite the emotional toll of the incident. Kenya Moore was later removed from the show, but the damage was already done.

Eady’s lawsuit accuses the network and producers of defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and more. She’s demanding the episode featuring the incident be pulled and is seeking $20 million in damages.
The same day the lawsuit was filed, Eady took to social media to assert she was not the woman in the poster, calling the entire ordeal a targeted “gendered attack.” Now, she’s putting Bravo on notice—and wants the courts to make it right.
