Diddy’s “Drug Mule” Testifies in Court—Here’s Everything Brendan Paul Just Exposed

Alleged Diddy Associate Will Avoid Jail Time in Drug Case, to Enter Diversion Program

Brendan Paul, once a Syracuse University basketball player and later Sean “Diddy” Combs’ personal assistant, took the stand Friday after being granted full immunity in Diddy’s explosive federal trial. Paul confirmed to the judge that he intended to plead the Fifth—until the feds offered him protection to speak freely. And speak he did.

Paul told jurors he was more than just an assistant—he was Diddy’s go-to man for drugs, including cocaine, ketamine, MDMA (aka “tusi”), ecstasy, prescription pills, and high-grade weed. He admitted to carrying drugs through airports, including one incident where he packed cocaine from a hotel straight into his bag and took it through TSA, allegedly at Diddy’s request.

He said Diddy expected his staff to operate like “SEAL Team Six”—on call at all times, doing whatever he needed, no questions asked. That included prepping hotel rooms and homes for “freak-off” parties—wild nights full of drugs, escorts, and controlled chaos.
Paul was arrested in March 2024 at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport with cocaine and marijuana candy in his bag. The arrest came as Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Florida were being raided by federal agents. The charges against Paul were later dropped after he completed a pretrial diversion program.

Diddy’s legal team tried to cast doubt, painting Paul as more than willing and asking if he really saw himself as a “drug mule.” Paul denied the title, saying the drugs were just “part of the job” when working for the Bad Boy boss.

Paul’s statements line up with other witnesses, including past assistants and Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie, who previously described drug-fueled parties and sexual coercion. Prosecutors see Paul as a key witness in the larger racketeering and sex trafficking case. He’s expected to be one of the final pieces before the prosecution rests its case.

The government is set to wrap early next week. Diddy’s defense team plans to call two to five witnesses. Diddy himself is not expected to testify. Jury deliberations could begin shortly after.
