Drake’s got the streets buzzing again after dropping his latest track, “What Did I Miss?” a surprise premiere during his “Iceman Episode 1” livestream. With fans already speculating about subliminals, the Toronto rapper didn’t hold back.

In the music video, Drake stood in a room filled with firearms, setting the tone for a cold delivery. The song’s content dives deep into fractured friendships and the sting of betrayal. “You switched on the guys and supported a hater / Let’s go,” he raps. “What’s a get back for n***as? It’s TBD / I look at this shit like a BTC, could be down this week, then I’m up next week.”
Social media lit up immediately, especially after fans noticed a not-so-subtle nod to Kendrick Lamar’s “Pop Out” concert. Several of Drake’s former close friends, like LeBron James and DeMar DeRozan, were spotted in the crowd. “I saw bro at The Pop Out with them but been d**kriding gang since ‘Headlines,’” Drake fired.
He didn’t stop there. In another bar, he reflects on betrayal from those closest: “When you was all in my crib, liquor and hoes. Word for word at all of the shows. You always felt like this? What did I miss?”
The track is rumored to be from his next album, possibly titled *Iceman*. While he teased other unreleased songs during the stream, “What Did I Miss?” is clearly setting the tone—sharp, personal, and unapologetic. Drake’s not just rapping; he’s making statements.
