Mona Scott-Young HEATED Over Love & Hip Hop Cast Leaks

Over the last few weeks details of an impending Love & Hip Hop spin off have found their way to the web and Mona Scott-Young is OVER it! Allegedly Mona has been looking to expand the franchise to Houston, New Orleans and Los Angeles. Rumors hit the net that the Houston cast would include Letoya Luckett and Slim Thug but those rumors were shot down, claiming that there was no such thing as Love & Hip Hop Houston. Whether they will be joining the cast or not, I happen to know for a FACT that Love & Hip Hop is looking in to Houston. I know at least 3 people who were asked to join the cast.

Then there are rumors of Love & Hip Hop LA and their alleged cast which is supposedly going to include Karrueche Tran, Lola Monroe and a slew of others including Ray J who is also rumored to be part of the production team. Mona was livid to find the cast list hit the web,  “Mona threatened that if she finds out who leaked the potential cast she will fire them because they all signed a confidentiality contract. The reason for Mona’s anger was because she was trying to work things out with a few of the potential cast members like Karrueche who was interested in the show if she could promote her ‘The Kill’ line, but had not discussed the proposal with Chris yet. Needless to say Chris was not happy when he got word via the internet that Karrueche was in talks to possibly join the show without talking it over with him first. And Karrueche didn’t know Chris ex Jasmine Sanders was in talks to be on the show either.”

Now, Karrueche has to be one naive sweet heart if she thought that she was going to go on Love & Hip Hop and simply promote her brand and that’s it. Did she really think she wasn’t going to have to spill tea? Oh dear!  Let’s be 100% real here, who has gone on Love & Hip Hop and successfully elevated their brand. Have you bought a Rasheeda CD lately? Anyone asking Stevie J for production? When’s the last time you had Mimi clean your house? Have you purchased Yandy’s jewelry or bought Winter’s book? When’s the last time you opened up an issue of Hip Hop Weekly? With the exception of K. Michelle and Joseline’s aspirations to be a vixen of sorts, your side hustle is meaningless to the show. If anything, Mona tried to set Karrueche up by having Jasmine Sanders on the show. That’s the real “Kill” she was trying to promote. If Chris Brown will fire DJ Babey Drew for doing Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, what makes Karrueche think Chris was going to be okay with her doing the show? Poor sweet K.

“Mona was also upset because Ray J is locked into a contract with Oxygen doing their “Bad Girls Club Battle” and the only way he would be able to get around his contract with Oxygen was if he went on Love & Hip-Hop LA as a co-producer. Oxygen got word and reminded Ray of his obligation to them not VH1.”

“Also Mona worked with Diddy during the Viacom days and was planning on working something out with him and possibly having Cassie play a miniscule role (Lola Monroe’s bff) on the show, but integral enough for her to promote her music and modeling career.”

Basically the leak of the cast is messing with Mafia Mona’s money and she is NOT happy! It might be for the best.
