It’s a chocolate and cookie lover’s dream come true. Reese’s and Oreo are teaming up again for the first time in over a decade to launch not one, but two new goodies that are set to hit shelves soon.
Beginning August 18, fans can grab the Reese’s Oreo Cup and the Oreo Reese’s Cookie through The Hershey’s Store. The nationwide release will follow in early September.
This marks their first collaboration since 2014’s limited-edition Peanut Butter Cup Oreo. And according to Oreo, this one’s for the fans.
“As a 110+ year-old brand, we’re constantly looking for ways to disrupt the snacking market,” the company said in a statement. “What better way to show our fans we listen to their evolving snacking needs than to partner with the Reese’s brand to deliver the collab of their dreams.”
So, what exactly are these dream treats?
The Reese’s Oreo Cup looks like your classic peanut butter cup, but inside are crunchy Oreo cookie crumbs. The top half of the cup is covered in Oreo’s white creme for a bold twist. It will be available in King Size, Standard Size, and Miniature Cups and it’s here to stay as a permanent part of the Reese’s lineup.
The Oreo Reese’s Cookie appears like a regular Oreo, but inside the sandwich is Reese’s peanut butter creme and chocolate, plus Oreo cookie bits. However, this one’s only sticking around while supplies last, at least until its official comeback in January.
Fans can sign up for early access to the cookie on Oreo’s website starting July 30.
