While discussing her dating history, the actress shared that one of her ex-boyfriends fathered a child with another woman while they were still together.

“We were together for a really long time, and he got another girl pregnant,” she said. “The best part of it was, he asked me to be the godmother.”

Although she chose not to disclose his name, Symoné noted that the two have managed to keep a respectful and communicative relationship.

“We’re still in communication now,” she shared, explaining that her ex has faced many personal struggles over the years. “There’s nothing but love and respect for all that he’s gone through, and his family.”
