Cassie Ventura has reappeared on social media for the first time in months, following two major events in her life: testifying in a federal sex trafficking case involving Sean “Diddy” Combs and giving birth to her third child.
The 37-year-old singer and mother posted a brief Instagram Story on Thursday, featuring a reposted video from the @momswithplans account showing a man dancing in a crowd to DJ Khaled’s “Wild Thoughts.”
The video includes a caption that reads, “When your old self slowly starts coming out postpartum.” Cassie added her own reaction: “Factual. Little by little. lol.”
Though brief, it is the first time Cassie has shared anything publicly since she testified in May against Combs, her former partner.
Nearly two weeks after her court appearance, she gave birth to a son on May 28, her third child with husband Alex Fine. The couple, who married in 2019, also has two daughters, Frankie Stone, 5, and Sunny Cinco, 4.
The post does not mention the trial, the baby, or her absence. Still, it signals a quiet return for Cassie, who has remained mostly out of the public eye while navigating both legal and personal milestones.
