Kristina Khorram, once employed as Diddy’s assistant, has achieved a significant legal victory in New York.
Six out of seven plaintiffs in a high-profile sexual abuse lawsuit have voluntarily dropped their claims against her.
Court filings confirm that Latasha Forbes, Billie Cummings, Ian Fearon, Amad Jenkins, Laquay Applewhite, and a Jane Doe are no longer pursuing legal action against Khorram.
The withdrawals followed the submission of evidence showing she did not begin working for Diddy until 2013. This timeline placed her well after the alleged incidents and even indicated she would have been under the age of ten during some of the events described.
The initial lawsuit outlined serious accusations against Diddy. Forbes alleged she was seventeen in 1994 when she was drugged and raped at Bad Boy’s Manhattan office. Cummings claimed she was between fourteen and fifteen in 1995 when she was assaulted during a video shoot for The Notorious B.I.G. Fearon said he was coerced into a sex act at Diddy’s New York residence in 2003.
Applewhite alleged she was groped and assaulted at Diddy’s Miami property in 2004. Jenkins claimed he was attacked at a Florida launch party for Bad Boy in the mid-2000s. Jane Doe said she was drugged and raped during a 2010 audition for Making the Band.
Khorram had been named in the lawsuit for allegedly assisting in covering up Diddy’s misconduct. The complaint also targeted Sony, Universal, and Warner Music, accusing the record labels of ignoring warning signs and enabling his behavior.
In March, Khorram publicly rejected the claims, stating they caused “irreparable and incalculable damage” to her reputation.
She further addressed the allegations, saying, “The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in or even being a bystander to the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable.”
While the lawsuit continues against Diddy and other defendants, Khorram’s legal record in this matter is now largely cleared following the latest court filings.
