Sacramento Kings Center DeMarcus Cousins has signed a max contract extension deal for four years and $62 million dollars. There is a “No early termination” option in Cousins contract extension and this means he will be with the Kings until the 2017-2018 basketball season. Cousins is the third member of the NBA Draft Class of 2010 to sign a max contract extension before the NBA season starts. He joins Washington Wizards John Wall and Indiana Pacers Paul George in this class. Hopefully Cousins will calm down his defensive struggles and get a grip on his anger issues on the court.  This deal is too big for him to blow because he cannot handle himself out on the court. Cousins needs to put up big points and calm down on defense. It is that simple!
