Cardi B is opening up about the behind-the-scenes drama delaying her official divorce from Migos rapper Offset. According to Belcalis, money is at the root of their drama.

During a lengthy conversation on Twitter Spaces Monday afternoon, Cardi claimed that Offset is demanding a shocking list of terms in order to finalize their split. According to the “Bodak Yellow” rapper, Offset allegedly wants her to cover his taxes and hand over one of her properties just to end the marriage.
“Y’all wanna know the tea? The only way I can get out of my marriage is if I pay for somebody else’s taxes, even though I pay for my own, and give them one of my properties,” Cardi said, clearly frustrated. “I’m fighting for that. I’m going to fight for that.”
She stressed that the situation has nothing to do with love or reconciliation.
“This is not no love s***,” she added. “I’m practically still married because somebody want to hold me hostage if I don’t give them millions of dollars to get out of it.”
Cardi and Offset tied the knot in 2017 and share two children: Kulture, Wave, and Blossom. She is currently expecting her fourth child with her boyfriend, Stefon Diggs. While their relationship has had its ups and downs, including a prior split and reconciliation, Cardi appears determined to move on, even if the paperwork says otherwise.
“I’m not going to stop living my life,” she firmly stated,
