As the world continues to mourn the passing of music legend #Prince, #AMC has decided to do a tribute to him in the biggest way. We all know Prince was well known for his film #PurpleRain, so the company has decided to show the film in 87 theaters.
#Mashable will be showcasing the 1984 film from April 23rd until April 28th. If you’re not familiar with the popular film, it tells the story of “The Kid” (played by Prince) who goes through personal trials while also being the lead singer of a band called The Revolution.
