Sheree Whitfield, one of the original stars of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, has turned down an offer to return for Season 17 after negotiations over her salary fell short.
During a recent interview with Access Hollywood at BravoCon, the reality TV OG made it clear that she knows her value and isn’t willing to accept a deal that doesn’t reflect her contributions to the show.
This isn’t the first time Whitfield has stepped away from RHOA over pay disagreements.
She previously exited the series in 2017 and again in 2022 for similar reasons, demonstrating a consistent approach to protecting her professional worth. Earlier in 2025, rumors circulated about a possible return, but the new offer ultimately did not meet her expectations.
Despite declining the Season 17 offer, Whitfield left the door open for future negotiations, indicating that she could return if terms improve. Her stance highlights her confidence in both her star power and her negotiating leverage within the reality TV industry.
