It looks like Dwyane Wade’s attempts at keeping his two sons away from their mother have failed for now. I guess the courts don’t think Siohvaughn is too crazy for visitation because they have ordered the Miami Heat star to turn over his sons Zaire, 9, and Zion, 4 as scheduled.
According to Stiletto Jill, Wade was supposed to allow his two boys to spend two-weeks with their mother for summer visits. That period was set to begin on July 21st. Instead of delivering the children as promised, Wade and his lawyers took to the courts to file an emergency motion to suspend Siohvaughn’s visitation pending a psychiatric evaluation.
Today Judge Antonio Marin ordered Siohvaughn to undergo an evaluation to determine whether or not she has anger management issues. And because Wade’s team didn’t have a sufficient enough legal basis to suspend her visitation, the judge has ordered Wade turn the children over for their scheduled visits.
As far as the $5 Million settlement Wade was to pay for Funches to keep quiet and go away, it has yet to be signed.
