Yesterday, Dwight Howard made quite the spectacle of himself while attempting to determine if he wanted to leave the Los Angeles Lakers for the Houston Rockets or not. Leaving the Lakers would mean that Howard would take a $30mil pay cut but after all of the convincing the Lakers attempted to do, it didn’t work. Dwight has officially made his decision and he will be a Houston Rocket for the 2013/2014 NBA Season.Â
“I’ve decided to become a member of the Houston Rockets,” Howard tweeted Friday evening, Â “I feel its the best place for me and I am excited about joining the Rockets and I’m looking forward to a great season. I want to thank the fans in Los Angeles and wish them the best.”
Dwight’s decision was followed by an unfollow from Kobe Bryant on Twitter. Cold World.
