TMZÂ is reporting that 15 year old Paris Jackson left a suicide note shortly before taking a large amount of Motrin pills and cutting her forearm with a meat cleaver. They are also reporting that the 911 call was placed by a suicide hotline operator who was alarmed enough by what Paris told her to call the police.Â
Paris has been placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold for 72 hours and has received several stitches for her cut.
