After Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson went on his Twitter rant last week accusing Evelyn of sleeping with members of YMCMB while they were together, Evelyn has decided to clap back. Evelyn and her legal team served Chad a cease & desist on Thursday warning him to not only stop harassing her online, but to also stop spreading false rumors.
Unfortunately for Chad, his Twitter outburst couldn’t have come at a worse time. Ochocinco is on probation after allegedly assaulting Lozada weeks after they were married. He is due in court Monday for a hearing to hopefully terminate his probation early. The cease & desist and accusations of harassment are surely not going to help his case. This is one of those times where it would have been best to bite your tongue and sit on your hands.
