Do you ever wonder how Caitlyn Jenner’s transformation was received by the family’s much smaller generation? According to Khloe, little Mason still gets confused sometimes.
“My stepdad transitioned and my sisters have been very open,” Khloe tells her Kocktails co-hosts, “Mason is the older one and when Caitlyn would come around he was kinda confused. He was maybe like 4, he’s 5 now, and he was confused like, ‘What are you doing, Grandpa?'”
As far as how the family helped Mason better understand, Khloe says honesty was the best police. “We were just very honest with Mason, as much as we can be,” Khloe explained. “Mason was kind of uncomfortable and would be distant towards Caitlyn but Caitlyn understood and handled it perfectly.”
Penelope and North were a little more understanding, according to Khloe. “The little ones, like North and P, they don’t know the difference, which is the innocence of children,” Khloe says. “They know her as just Caitlyn.”
